We are based in Lahore, Pakistan, and currently deliver across the city via Bykea, Indrive, Yango, or Personal Riders
Are your products really free from additives?
Yes! We use only natural ingredients—no artificial flavours or preservatives. Our goal is to provide healthy, homemade-style food.

No! We rely on natural ingredients and freezing to maintain freshness—no chemicals added.
What are your delivery areas in Lahore?

Do you offer bulk/catering orders?
Yes! We provide bulk orders for events, parties, and corporate needs. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for custom orders.
What are your delivery charges?
We have different options for delivery charges
- We offer free delivery in Wapda Town on orders of Rs 2000 or above
- Flat Rs. 250 all over Lahore on orders of Rs. 5000 or above. If the order is below Rs 5000, DC will be charged according to the area
- Free delivery all over Lahore on orders of Rs. 10,000 or above

How should I store NK Foods products?
Keep them in the freezer (-18°C or below). Once thawed, cook immediately for the best taste.
How do I cook your frozen foods?
Each product comes with an easy cooking procedure (fry, bake, air-fry or microwave), or you can contact us for further assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online payments (via Jazz Cash, Sadapay, Bank Transfer)
What if I receive a damaged/incorrect order?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, notify us within 2 hours of receiving the order with photo proof.
- Upon receiving your complaint, we will investigate the issue. If the claim is verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund within 4 business days. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the issue.
- No replacement or refund will be offered if a complaint against a damaged or incorrect order is initiated after 2 hours of receiving the order.
