Welcome to NK Foods Homemade! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for ordering and purchasing our frozen food products in Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Order Placement & Processing:
- Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, or social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
- We require 24–48 hours for order processing and preparation.
- Same-day orders may be accommodated based on availability
2. Payment Method:
There are two Mods of payment
a. COD ( Cash on delivery):
For cash on delivery (COD): Full payment will be collected by the rider when you will receive your ordered parcel.
b. Online Payment:
For online payment full payment is required in advance via bank transfer, JazzCash or Sadapay.
After making a payment, the customer must share a clear screenshot of transaction slip (showing transaction ID, amount, date, and recipient details) via WhatsApp .
NK Foods Homemade will verify the payment through the respective payment app before order processing.
Once confirmed, a payment confirmation message will be sent to the customer, and the order will proceed to preparation.
Orders will only be prepared after successful payment verification. If payment is not received or verified, the order will remain pending.
This ensures a smooth and transparent transaction process. Thank you for your cooperation!
- For COD orders, exact change is appreciated.
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Delivery:
We have different options for delivery
- We offer free delivery in Wapda town on the order of Rs. 2000 or above
- Flat rate (Enjoy flat Rs. 250 delivery for orders delivered directly by us, or variable charges may apply if we deliver through rider app(Bykea, Yango etc.) —you’ll be kindly informed before order processing.)
- Free delivery all over Lahore on the order of Rs. 10,000 or above
4. Cancellation & Refund:
a. Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery
b. Refund(in case of advance payment)
- Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery with full refunds
- No refunds will be issued if order is cancelled made less than 24 hours before delivery.
- If we are unable to fulfill an order, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
5. Product Quality & Storage
- Our products are homemade, frozen, and preservative-free.
- Customers must store items in a freezer immediately upon receiving.
- We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery
- After thaw your product don’t freeze it again.
6. Customized Orders Policy – NK Foods Homemade
At NK Foods Homemade, we happily accept customized orders for special occasions or personal preferences. Please review the following terms before placing a custom order:
a. Advance Payment Required:
- Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your customized order.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, JazzCash or Sadapay,
b. Cancellation & Modifications:
- You may cancel or modify your custom order within 2 hours of placement, for a full refund.
- After 2 hours, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed, as preparation begins immediately.
c. Additional Charges:
- Customized orders will incur extra charges based on ingredients, making complexity, or special packaging.
- We will inform you of any additional costs before confirming the order.
d. Delivery Timeline:
- Customized orders may require extra preparation time (beyond our standard 24–48 hours).
- Delivery schedules will be confirmed upon order finalization.
e. Minimum Quantity:
- Customized products require a minimum order of 4 dozen per product.
7. Returns & Complaints:
a. Damaged or Incorrect Order at Delivery
If the customer receives a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect order, they must inform us immediately at the time of delivery.
The customer must refuse acceptance of the visibly damaged/incorrect order or notify us with photo evidence..
If verified, we will replace the product at no extra cost or issue a refund (as per customer preference).
b. Product Mishandling After Delivery (Deformed During Cooking/Frying)
Our frozen products are prepared under strict hygiene and quality standards. However, if the product gets deformed, broken, or unsatisfactory during frying/cooking, the following applies:
The customer must provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue within 2 hours of preparation.
The product must not be fully consumed—at least 50% of the item must remain for inspection.
If the issue is due to our product quality, we will offer a replacement or refund.
If the issue is due to incorrect handling (e.g., improper thawing, wrong frying temperature, excessive handling), no refund/replacement will be provided.
c. General Conditions
No returns/refunds will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to reject complaints if sufficient evidence is not provided or if the issue is due to customer mishandling.
8. Liability:
- NK Foods Homemade is not liable for any health issues arising from customer’s side improper storage, handling, or consumption of our products.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- These terms may be updated without prior notice. The latest version will always be available upon request.
By placing an order with NK Foods Homemade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
